The bachelor´s thesis describes factors influencing the goodwill value and analysis of factors in a specific company. The goal is to identify the main factors affecting the goodwill based on its general value analysis and to propose its improvement possibilities in specific company. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá faktormi, ktoré pôsobia na hodnotu goodwillu a analýzou faktorov na konkrétnom podniku.Cieľom práce je na základe analýzy všeobecnej hodnoty goodwillu identifikovať hlavné faktory, ktoré ho ovplyvňujú a navrhnúť možnosti jeho zvyšovania v konkrétnom podniku.
