Bakalářská práce zkoumá užívání NOAC (přímých perorálních antikoagulancií). Teoretická část popisuje léčiva této skupiny, indikace, jejich nežádoucí účinky, možná řešení a monitoraci pacienta. V praktické části byla provedena literární review v databázi Scopus v letech 2014-2024 a následně byly vybrány doporučené postupy pro sestry týkající se nežádoucích účinků NOAC a jejich řešení. The bachelor thesis deals with use of NOAC (novel oral anticoagulants). In theoretical part there is a description od each drug from this group, their indications, side effects and patient monitoring during taking NOAC.
