Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nezletilých jako objektů trestné činnosti v kyberprostoru. Analyzuje rizika, druhy kybernetické trestné činnosti a následky, jimž mohou nezletilí čelit. This thesis focuses on matters regarding underage children as subjects of crime in cyberspace. The thesis analyzes risks, different kinds of cybercrimes, and their consequences which underage children could encounter. It focuses on cyber literacy and cyber safety in the prevention of cyberspace threats.
