Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem vybraných práv a povinností akcionáře. Úvodní část se věnuje akciové společnosti z historického i současného právního hlediska a postavení akcionáře. Hlavní část práce se zabývá jednotlivým právům a povinnostem akcionáře a také právům kvalifikovaného akcionáře. This diploma thesis focuses on the description of selected rights and obligations of a shareholder. The introductory part deals with the joint stock company from the historical and contemporary legal point of view and the position of the shareholder.
