Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plýtvání potravinami, skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část měla za cíl přehledné a komplexní zpracování problematiky plýtvání potravinami, shrnutí aktuálních poznatků z českých a zahraničních zdrojů. This thesis looks into issues related to food waste and consists of a theoretical and a practical part. Theoretical part aims to provide clear and complex definition of wood waste related problems, summarize current findings in Czech and foreign sources.
