Diplomová práce je zaměřena na mapování hodnotového toku vybrané skupiny výrobků v nástrojárně ve společnosti Kovárna VIVA a.s. Východiskem práce je studium odborné literatury zabývající se oblastmi průmyslového inženýrství, analýzy a měření práce, možnostmi zvyšování produktivity a zmíněným mapováním hodnotového toku. The master thesis is focused on value stream mapping of chosen product group in tool shop in Kovárna VIVA a.s. The starting point of this thesis is the study of scientific literature focusing on industrial engineering areas, analysis and measurement of work, options of increasing the produktivity and value stream mapping.
