Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu odměňování zaměstnanců, řízení lidských zdrojů a tvorbu mzdového systému v konkrétní společnosti zabývající se celoživotním vzděláváním. Záměrem práce je dosažení snížení mzdových nákladů a návrh motivačního systému odměňování zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of reward system, person-resource management and a creation of wages system in a concrete company interested in life-long education. The intention of this thesis is to achieve the reduce wages costs and the draft of motivational system for employees.
