Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit spokojenost rodičů hospitalizovaných dětí na dětském oddělení v Třinecké nemocnici a ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě. Zjišťovala se spokojenost rodičů s lékaři a sestrami, celková poskytovaná péče včetně informovanosti rodičů o poskytovaných službách a jejich spokojenost s nimi. Výsledky zahrnují i oblasti péče, které jsou hodnoceny negativně nebo pozitivně. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 195 respondentů, kteří doprovázeli své děti při hospitalizaci na dětském oddělení. Výzkum byl realizován v měsících únor 2016 až říjen 2016 pomocí přeloženého standardizovaného dotazníku, který byl tvořen z 12 demografických otázek a poté se skládal z 24 uzavřených otázek. Rodiče vyplňovali dotazníky po dobu hospitalizace jejich dítěte a mohli dopsat také vlastní názor. Výsledky: Nespokojenost rodičů s poskytovanou péčí výzkum neprokázal. Ukázalo se, že nedostatečné představování zdravotnického personálu a podávání informací se řadí mezi problémové oblasti. V rámci služeb bylo nejhůře hodnoceno stravování a vybavení pokojů, zejména postele pro rodiče. Naopak respondenti byli nadmíru spokojeni se vstřícností a přístupem zdravotnického personálu. Závěr: V dnešní době je hospitalizace dítěte s doprovodem přínosem a má příznivý vliv na psychiku dítěte i rodiče. Pobyt rodičů na oddělení s dítětem má spoustu výhod a zkracuje se tak doba hospitalizace. Pro zlepšení kvality péče o děti je dobré znát názor na poskytované služby právě od rodičů, prožívajících hospitalizaci spolu s jejich dítětem. Důležitým aspektem je to, aby se děti i jejich doprovod při hospitalizaci cítili co nejlépe.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the graduate thesis was to find out the satisfaction of parents of hospitalized children at the Children's Department in Trinec Hospital and at the University Hospital in Ostrava.I have examined the parents satisfaction with doctors and nurses, the overall care that was provided, including awareness among parents regarding the services provided and their satisfaction with them.The results also include areas of care that are evaluated negatively or positively. Methodics: Researched file was composed of 195 respondents, who accompanied their children during hospitalization on children's department. The research was implemented from the month of February 2016 to October 2016 using a standardized questionnaire, which was formed from the 12 demographic questions and then consisted of 24 closed questions. Parents filled out questionnaires during their child's hospitalization and could also add their own opinion. Results: Research has not proved parent's dissatisfaction with the care that has been provided. It turned out that the lack of medical staff introductions and presentations of information belong to the most problematic areas Within the services among the worst rated where dining rooms and equipment, particularly beds for parents. On the contrary, respondents were very satisfied with the helpfulness and attitude of medical staff. Conclusion: Today, the hospitalization of a child with accompaniment is beneficial and has a propitiatory effects on the psyche of the child and parents. Parents stay with children on childrens department, has a lot of benefits and is shortening the period of hospitalization. To improve the quality of children's care, it is essential to know the opinion on the services provided,especially from parents, undergoing a hospitalization a long with their child. An important aspect is that the children with their accompaniment should feel well during their hospitalization.
