Diplomová práce se zabývá relativně novým institutem z oblasti práva kapitálového trhu, investičním doporučením. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři strukturovaný a podrobný pohled na investiční doporučení, včetně zasazení do relevantního kontextu. This diploma thesis handles the topic of relatively new legal device from the area of capital markets law – investment recommendation.
