Public Sector Information and Open Data Infrastructure

Abstract:

Tato práce na téma "Informace veřejného sektoru a otevřená datová infrastruktura" se zaměřuje na analýzu právních aspektů informací veřejného sektoru a problémů, které vyvstávají při jejich licencování. První část definuje otevřená data a analyzuje jejich stav v České republice. V samostatné kapitole je věnována pozornost informacím veřejného sektoru. Dále se práce věnuje otevřeným licencím, konkrétně ODbl a PDDL a užitím těchto licencí v prostředí českého právního řádu. Při tom jsou navrhnuta řešení, pro která usnadní užití těchto licencí v České republice.

Abstract:

This work called „Public sector information and open data infrastructure“ focuses on the analysis of the legal aspects of public sector information and problems raised by the their licensing. The first part of this work defines open data and analyzes their state in the Czech Republic. A separate chapter is focused on the public sector information. Furthermore, the text of this work work discusses open licenses, namely ODbl and PDDL, and focuses on use of these licenses in the Czech jurisdiction. At the same this work proposed solutions, which which will help with the use of these licenses in the Czech Republic.
