Strategic management of the Children and Youth house

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na provedení analýzy strategického managementu příspěvkové organizace DDM Helceletova. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro vybranou organizaci na základě provedení analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. V literární rešerši jsou uvedeny obdobné organizace a nastíněná charakteristika neziskového sektoru. Empirická část zahrnuje podrobnou analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí vybrané neziskové organizace na makro a mikro úrovni, která vede k identifikaci faktorů, z nichž vycházejí strategie, jak je uvedeno v maticích SWOT, IE a SPACE. Na základě těchto strategií je navržen strategický plán společnosti, včetně zvážení možných rizik realizace. Dále je v práci navržen způsob a časový harmonogram implementace vytvořené strategie.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the strategic management of the contributory organization DDM Helceletova. The main goal of the thesis is to propose an appropriate strategy for the selected organization based on the analysis of the external and internal environment. The literature search lists similar organizations and outlines the characteristics of the non-profit sector. The empirical part includes a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of the selected non-profit organization at macro and micro levels, which leads to the identification of the factors underlying the strategies as indicated in the SWOT, IE and SPACE matrices. Based on these strategies, a strategic plan for the company is proposed, including consideration of possible risks of implementation. Furthermore, the paper proposes the method and timetable for the implementation of the developed strategy.
