Sociální práce je velmi náročná profese a sociální pracovníci patří mezi povolání ohrožená syndromem vyhoření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postoj sociálních pracovníků k syndromu vyhoření. Social work is a very demanding profession and social workers are among the professions at risk of burnout.
