Tato diplomová práce „Společenství vlastníků jednotek“ se podrobně věnuje analýze právnické osoby zvláštního druhu, jejímž účelem je správa společných částí domu. Cílem práce je jednak detailní popsání fungování této právnické osoby od jejího vzniku, spolu se vznikem na základě smlouvy o výstavbě, přes naplňování vůle členů prostřednictvím orgánů společenství vlastníků jednotek až po její zánik.
