Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá legislativní mocí státu Izrael a jejím zakotvením v rámci právního řádu. Činí tak z hlediska ústavního práva, zabývá se i jejím historickým vývojem od vzniku státu až do současnosti a práce je zaměřena také na orgány legislativní moci konkrétně, včetně úpravy vztahů s mocí výkonnou a soudní. This diploma thesis deals with the State of Israel and its legislative power which is in Israel performed through the Knesset.
