Optimization of Relocation Routes of Employees Between Branches of Company Flexima s.r.o. and Their Customers
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou firmy Flexima s.r.o., kde jsou popsány polohy poboček firmy a jejich nejdůležitějších zákazníků. Dále pak jsou určeny dojezdové časy a vzdálenosti mezi pobočkami, následně mezi jednotlivými zákazníky a pobočkami. V práci je řešen návrh nové chybějící pobočky a její význam pro stávající i budoucí stav tras pomocí metod operačního výzkumu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the characteristics and analysis of the Flexima s.r.o. company. The analysis comprises of location descriptions of the existing branches and the company's most prominent clients. Then travel times, distances between individual branches, and distances between the branches and the clients are determined. The thesis also discusses a proposal of a new branch.
