Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla vypracována se záměrem blíže obeznámit čtenáře s vývojem Evropského parlamentu od Maastrichtské smlouvy po Lisabonskou smlouvu, a poukázat na přínos evropské integrace a jejích smluv na pravomoci Evropského parlamentu. Pro zpřehlednění textu se chronologicky věnuji jednotlivým smlouvám, jmenovitě: Maastrichtské smlouvě, Amsterdamské smlouvě, Smlouvě z Nice, Ústavě pro Evropu a Konsolidovanému textu Smlouvy o Evropské unii a Smlouvy o fungování Evropské unie ve znění Lisabonské smlouvy. Zaměřuji se na dějiny evropské integrace od roku 1992 ? 2009.

Abstract:

This Master thesis was written with the intention to further familiarize the reader with the development of the European Parliament from the Maastricht Treaty to the Lisbon Treaty, and highlight the benefits of European integration and its treaties for the powers of the European Parliament. To clarify the text, I devote myself chronologically to individual contracts, namely the Maastricht Treaty, the Amsterdam Treaty, the Treaty of Nice, the Constitution for Europe and the Consolidated text of the Treaty of European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union as amended by the Treaty of Lisbon. I focus on the history of European integration in years 1992 ? 2009.
