Ruská imperiální myšlenka se vyvíjela po staletí a promítla se do architektury 19. století, včetně architektury „ruského stylu“. Výjimkou nebyly ani církevní stavby. Chrám Vzkříšení Krista na krvi byl postaven na památku atentátu na císaře Alexandra II., ztělesňuje umělecké ideály své doby a imperiální myšlení a odraz mnohostranné aspekty kultury a ideologie 19. století, včetně problému národní identity …more
Abstract:
The Russian imperial idea developed over centuries and was reflected in 19th century architecture, including "Russian style" architecture. Church buildings were no exception. The Church of the Resurrection of Christ on Blood was built to commemorate the assassination of Emperor Alexander II, it embodies the artistic ideals of its time and imperial thinking, and a reflection of the multifaceted aspect …more
