Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je formulovat návrh na zlepšení systému odměňování ve vybraném podniku. Dílčím cílem pak zhodnotit samotný systém odměňování a identifikovat jeho chyby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se systému odměňování. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to formulate a proposal to improve the remuneration system in a selected company.
