Abstract:

Cílem práce je identifikace aktuálních potřeb sociálních pracovníků úřadu práce a jejich uspokojování. Teoretická část diplomové práce se bude zabývat sociálními pracovníky, jejich vzděláním a osobnostními a pracovními předpoklady pro výkon jejich činnosti. Budu se zabývat problematikou potřeb sociálních pracovníků na Úřadu práce. Tuto problematiku jsem si vybrala proto, že jsem tak propojila profesní zájem se studovaným oborem. Předmětem mého zkoumání budou aktuální potřeby těchto pracovníků a míru jejich uspokojení. Pro mou práci provedu vlastní kvantitativní výzkum. Pro dané výzkumné šetření zvolím integrovaný design, který umožní hlouběji prozkoumat potřeby sociálních pracovníků na úřadech práce a míru jejích uspokojení. Dotazník bude koncipován tak, aby nebyl manipulativní, nepodbízel sociálním pracovníkům odpověď a byl především anonymní. Druhou fází výzkumu bude komparace polostrukturovanými rozhovory vybraných sociálních pracovníků. Kvalitativně orientovaná výzkumná data budou diskutována s daty obecně uznávanými a budou doplněna o mou reflexi. Respondenty budou sociální pracovníci vybraných kontaktních pracovišť Moravskoslezského kraje. Diplomová práce může být dále využita při průzkumu spokojenosti sociálních pracovníků na Úřadu práce. Výzkum této práce může přispět k identifikaci a lepšímu pochopení stávajících přímých i nepřímých problémů spojených s výkonem práce sociálního pracovníka a pomohou lépe zaměřit kroky vedoucí k jejich odstranění.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to identify the current needs of the social workers of the Labour Office and their satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis will deal with social workers, their education and personal and professional prerequisites for their work. I will deal with the issue of the needs of social workers at the Labour Office. I have chosen this topic because it is a way to connect my professional interest with the field of study. The object of my investigation will be the current needs of these workers and the degree of their satisfaction. For my thesis I will conduct my own quantitative research. For the given research investigation I will choose an integrated design, which will allow for a deeper exploration of the needs of social workers in the Employment Service and the degree of its satisfaction. The questionnaire will be designed to be non-manipulative, not to undercut the social workers' response and above all to be anonymous. The second phase of the research will be a comparison through semi-structured interviews of selected social workers. The qualitative research data will be discussed with generally accepted data and will be supplemented by my reflection. The respondents will be social workers from selected contact points of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis can be further used in a survey of social workers' satisfaction at the Labour Office. The research of this thesis can contribute to the identification and better understanding of the existing direct and indirect problems associated with the performance of the work of a social worker and helps to better focus the steps leading to their elimination.
