This bachelor thesis is concerned with grammar presentation in chosen English textbooks for lower secondary schools. The thesis is composed of a theoretical and analytical part. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prezentací a procvičováním gramatiky ve vybraných učebnicích angličtiny pro druhý stupeň základních škol. Práce se skládá z teoretické a analytické části. Záměrem teoretické části je představit teorii učebnic, proto jsou zde kapitoly věnované roli učebnic, vztahu učitelů k učebnicím, doplňkovým materiálům k učebnicím a v neposlední řadě učebnicím v moderním světě.
