Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o spokojenosti zákazníků podnikatelského subjektu s názvem Penzion a hospoda Na statku. Předmětem této práce bylo analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků tohoto subjektu a navrhnout zlepšovací opatření na základě zjištěných výsledků. Bakalářská práce je podložena teoretickými poznatky, blízkými tématu spokojenosti zákazníků v podnikatelském subjektu, které vycházejí z odborné literatury. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, jako například podnikatelský subjekt či spokojenost, které uvádí do širších souvislostí. Na základě těchto získaných odborných pojmů je v praktické části provedena analýza spokojenosti zákazníků pomocí dotazníkového šetření a dalších výzkumných metod. Podle výsledků tohoto průzkumu je praktická část zakončena diskuzí zjištěných poznatků a podrobnou kalkulací návrhů opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the customers satisfaction with the services of Penzion a hospoda Na statku. The aim of the study was to discover what are the prevailing customers opinions and atitudes towards this firm and to suggest steps, that would lead to their maximal satisfaction. The bachelor thesis issupported by theoretical knowledge, close to the subject of customer satisfaction in the business subject, which are based on professional literature. This knoledge will help to achieve the main goal. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts such as the business entity or the satisfaction that this work puts into the broader context. On the basis of these acquired concepts, the customer satisfaction analysis is performed in the practical part through question naire survey and other research methods. According to the results of this survey, the practical part ends with a discussion of the findings and detailed calculations of the proposals for measures.
