Post-translační modifikace jsou v přírodě vhodným nástrojem regulace aktivity a funkce proteinů. Jednou z těchto post-translačních modifikací je fosforylace proteinů. Post-translational modifications are an efficient tool to regulate the activity and the function of various proteins in the nature. One of these post-translational modifications is protein phosphorylation.
