Study of Lavender Oil Parameters
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá esenciálními oleji, jejich složením, biologickými účinky a je za-měřena především na levandulový olej, jeho charakteristické vlastnosti a využití. V praktické části jsou popsány metody stanovení hustoty vybraných esenciálních olejů a indexů lomu. Dále je pak popsáno stanovení jednotlivých složek levandulového oleje pomocí plynové chromatografie.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with essential oils, their composition, biological effects and is particularly focused on lavender oil, its characteristic properties and utilization. The practical part of this thesis describes selected methods for lavender oil individual com-ponents determination as well as refractive index and density evaluation.
