Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu státní správy soudů. Odlišuje správu soudů od výkonu soudnictví. Pozornost je věnována i vnitřním předpisům, které významným způsobem státní správu soudů ovlivňují. Jejich důležitost je pro efektivní řízení soudní správy významná a nezastupitelná. The thesis focuses on the legal regulation of the state administration of courts. It distinguishes the administration of courts from the exercise of justice.
