FEC implementation for reflector
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je implementace dopředné korekce chyb (Forward Error Correction) v prostředí síťe reflektorů UDP paketů, která umožní překlenutí chybujících linek v síti pro aplikace pracující v reálném čase. Výsledkem je knihovna implementovaná v jazyce C pracující na úrovni RTP paketů a využívající Reed-Solomonovy kódy pro opravu chyb.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to implement Forward Error Correction in environment of the net of UDP packets mirrors, which will enable to bypass errorneous network lines for applications working in real-time. The result is a library implemented in C language working on the RTP packets level and using Reed-Solomon codes for error correcting.
