Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sestavení průběžného podnikatelského plánu, který nás bude provázet budoucím podnikáním. Je v něm zachycen další plánovaný rozvoj a směřování firmy. První část je zpracována z odborné literatury a jejím cílem je objasnit základní pojmy pro danou tématiku. Po této metodické části následuje část aplikační. V aplikační části je základní seznámení s již probíhající výrobou, dále okolím firmy, analýzou konkurence, SWOT analýzou. Dále je proveden marketingový průzkum trhu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, který nám slouží k určení cílů, segmentaci zákazníků a produktů. Pro přesnější určení směru podnikání se sestavuje finanční plán, prostřednictvím kterého si můžeme nastínit, jak by budoucí podnikání mohlo vypadat. V části poslední je vyhodnocení a následná opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with assembling a continuous business plan, which we are going to use intensively in our future business. The plan includes a planned future development and the direction of the company. The first part has been worked out using professional bibliography and its aim is to clarify basic terms for the stated themes. An application part follows after this methodical part. In the application part we can find basic explanation of the production, which is already being performed, we can discover the surrounding of the company, the rival companies, SWOT analysis. A questionnaire survey of the market has been performed, which is used for setting goals, a segmentation of customers and products. A financial plan is created for a detailed setting of the direction of the business, which helps us to outline the future interpretation of the business. The last part includes evaluations and following actions.
