The Lie algebra sl_2(C) and its representations
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme reprezentacím Lieových algeber. Zprvu se podíváme na definici Lieovy algebry spolu s některými jejími příklady. Následně představíme pojem modulů a ukážeme jak tyto moduly obecně vypadají u Lieovy algebry sl_2(C). Dále u této algebry klasifikujeme všechny konečněrozměrné moduly. A nakonec uvedeme důležitý příklad jejího nekonečněrozměrného modulu.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study Lie algebra representation. Firstly we define Lie algebras and look at some of the examples of Lie algebras. Then we introduce modules and present modules of Lie algebra sl_2(C). Next we classify all of its modules of finite dimension. Lastly we give important example of module of infinite dimension.
