Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením autenticity vín s označením VOC Znojmo. Apelační systém VOC Znojmo, vína originální certifikace, byl jako první v České republice zaveden ve Znojemské vinařské podoblasti v roce 2009.Práce charakterizuje a popisuje vlivy terroir na hrozny a vína. This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of authenticity of wines with the designation VOC Znojmo. The VOC Znojmo appellation system, the original certification, was first introduced in the Czech Republic in the Znojmo wine region in 2009.The paper characterizes and describes the effects of terroir on grapes and wines.
