Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu papírnictví. Tento podnikatelský plán je dokumentem, který zkoumá možnost realizace založení papírnictví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části -- teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezené základní pojmy, které je potřeba znát pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Je zde uvedena doporučená struktura. V praktické části jsou aplikovány znalosti z teoretické části. Obsahuje stručné charakteristiky firmy, marketingový a finanční plán. Jako poslední je uvedená SWOT analýza a analýza rizik.

Abstract:

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is to create the business plan of a stationery shop. The business plan is a document that analyses the possibility of establishing the stationery shop. The work is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes definition of the basic concepts that are necessary to know to create the business plan. There is also shown recommended structure. The knowledge from theoretical part are used in the practical part. It contains a brief description of the company, marketing and financial plan. The end of the chapter provides a SWOT analysis and an analysis of risks.
