The aim of my bachelor paper is to judge the present system of education in hospital in Revuca and on the basis of found shortcomings to suggest some measures to improve it, to make their employees satisfied. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zhodnotiť súčasný stav systému vzdelávania v Revúckej medicínsko-humanitnej n. o. a na základe zistených nedostatkov navrhnúť opatrenia na jeho zefektívnenie s ohľadom na spokojnosť zamestnancov.
