Law of the European Union against Discrimination and Its Implementation in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku diskriminace v ČR a EU. V diplomové práci je pojednáno o antidiskriminační legilativě EU a implementaci této legislativy do právního řádu ČR, srovnání právního stavu v ČR se Slovenskem a ostaními členskými státy EU. Diplomová práce dále pojednává o aktuálním stavu diskriminace v ČR a EU, a to především diskriminace vůči romskému etniku.
Abstract:
Aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the current legislation of EU and Czech Republic in the area of ban of discrimination and observance of equality. This work tempts to present and analyse comprehensively each of the relevant EU directions, which were created in the sphere of antidiscrimination and implemented in the Czech legal order.
