Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je představit smlouvu výkonu funkce, seznámit čtenáře s jejími obligatorními i fakultativními náležitostmi, vyplývajícími ze zákona i sjednanými pouze smluvně. V závěru uvádí vzor této smlouvy.
Abstract:
The objective of the thesis is to present The Management Agreement Pattern, introduce the reader to its obligatory and facultative content elements, that indicate of the Law and also that agreed only by the contract.
