Abstract:

Jedním z nejdůležitějších procesů poskytovatele služeb je optimalizovat své portfolio služeb tak, aby podniku zajistilo maximalizovat jeho aktiva a zajistilo mu pozici na trhu. Poskytovatel služeb řeší problém, jak definovat své služby, jak vytvořit efektivní a vyvážené portfolio služeb, které by maximálně napomáhalo k naplňování podnikových cílů. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku portfolia služeb, na službu jako takovou a vymezení jejích charakteristik. Nahlíží na požadavky spotřebitele a moderní trendy v odvětví. Nejsou opomíjeny ani marketingové nástroje používané ve strategii řízení služeb. Práce je řešena z pohledu poskytovatele služeb a jejím obecným cílem je napomoci poskytovateli služeb řešit problémy, které přímo souvisejí s řízením portfolia a jeho tvorbou. V práci byly použity následující metody: SWOT analýza, Analýza konkurentů, Strategické mapy, Metoda strategických alternativ, Strategické hodiny a Portfolio analýza. Metody jsou vyhodnoceny a na základě jejich výsledků jsou navržena opatření.

Abstract:

One of the most important processes of service provider is to optimise his/her portfolio of service to provide the company with maximising its assets and assuring its position in the market. The service provider solves problems how to define his/her services, how to create efficient and objective portfolio of services which would help to fulfil the aims of the company maximally. The thesis is focused on issues of services portfolio, on service itself and on defining its features. The thesis surveys the consumer requirements and modern trends in the branch. Even the marketing tools used in strategy of managing services are not omitted. The thesis is dealt with the provider’s point of view and its general aim is to help the service provider to be able to solve problems which are closely connected with managing the portfolio and its creation. The following methods were used in the thesis: SWOT analysis, Analysis of competitors, Strategic maps, Method of alternatives, Strategic clock and Portfolio analysis. The methods are evaluated and certain measures are suggested on the basis of their results.
