Relations between Iran and Russia/USSR from Iranian Islamic Revolution to the present

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje vztahům Íránu a Ruska/SSSR v období od roku 1979 do současnosti. Popisuje základy těchto bilaterálních vztahů, jejich vývoj a proměny na pozadí světové historie a politiky. Zkoumány jsou především ekonomické a politické konotace tohoto spojení a jeho dopad na oba jeho protagonisty. Na základě analýzy zpracovaných informací jsou vytvářeny predikce odpovědí na otázky ohledně typu tohoto vzájemného vztahu ve smyslu, pro koho je toto spojení výhodnější, jaké jsou vzájemné spory a jaký vývoj těchto vztahů lze očekávat. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na teritoria Blízkého východu a Střední Asie.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with relations between Iran and Russia / USSR from 1979 to present. It describes the basics of these bilateral relations, their development and transformations on the background of world history and politics. The economic and political connotations of this connection and its impact on both its protagonists are studied. On the basis of the analysis of the processed information, predictions are prepared for answers to questions about the type of this relationship in the sense of who is more advantageous, what are the disputes and the expected development of these relations. The main focus of the work is on the territory of the Middle East and Central Asia.
