Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce Obnova a využití kulturních památek po roce 1989 ve městě Kolín je současný systém památkové péče v ČR a zmapování jeho fungování v reálných podmínkách. Teoretická část se zabývá systémem památkové péče v České republice – je představena příslušná legislativa, klíčové pojmy, nejdůležitější orgány systému a popsány možnosti financování kulturních památek. Ale především je podrobně popsán historický i architektonický vývoj a současný stav 2 nejvýznamnějších kulturních památek města Kolína - chrámu sv. Bartoloměje a Kolínského zámku. Druhá část nabízí konkrétní případovou studii obnovy a využití výše zmíněných kulturních památek. Na jejím základě jsou pak v závěru práce shrnuty a kriticky posouzeny dosažené výsledky a navržena konkrétní i obecná opatření, která by měla pomoci zlepšit současnou situaci.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis with the title Renewal and usage of cultural monuments after a year 1989 in the city of Kolín is the contemporary system of monument preservation in the Czech Republic and the charting of its functioning in the real conditions. The theoretic part is concerned with the system of monument preservation in the Czech Republic – is presented the relevant legislation, the key concepts used in the field, the most important authorities of this system and the possibilities of the financing of cultural monuments. But first of all is closely described the historical and architectonical evolution and the present situation of the 2 most significant cultural monuments in the city of Kolín – St. Bartholomew’s Church and Kolín Castle. The second part gives a case study of the renewal and usage of mentioned above cultural monuments. Based on this part are summarized and critical reviewed the records in the finish of this thesis. In the end are also suggested the recommendations, that should help to improve the present situation.
