Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu dotační management, zabývá se jeho vazbou na projektové řízení a management ve veřejné správě na úrovni obcí. Dotační management je chápán jako nástroj regionálního rozvoje, a tedy přímo souvisí se strategickým plánováním a realizací rozvojových projektů.
