Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení hospodaření města Orlová a posouzení bonity v letech 2018–2022. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu města, orgány, hospodaření, financování, rozpočet města, jeho příprava a kontrola, hospodaření a rozvoj obce. V praktické části je přestaveno město Orlová, rozvojové podmínky a hospodaření. Budou realizovány vybrané analýzy a metody k naplnění cíle práce. Ke zpracování diplomové práce budou použita data z interních materiálů města Orlová v letech 2018–2022, veřejně dostupných zdrojů a oborné literatury.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economy of the city of Orlova and assess its creditworthiness in the years 2018 – 2022. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the legislation of the city, authorities, management, financing, the budget of the city, its preparation and control, management, and development of the municipality. In the practical part, the city of Orlova, development conditions and management will be rebuilt. Selected analyzes and methods will be implemented to fulfill the goal of the work. Data from internal materials of the city of Orlova in the years 2018 – 2022, publicly available sources and specialized literature will be used to prepare the thesis.
