Simulated annealing of water clusters
Abstract:
V práci jsem se zabývala studiem klastrů molekul vody, především získáním stabilních konfigurací metodou simulovaného žíhání a výsledky jsem porovnala s dostupnou literaturou. Pomocí počítačových simulací jsem obdržela nejnižší možnou energii pro každou velikost klastrů od (H2O)2 až po (H2O)16. Hodnota této energie reprezentuje stabilní konfiguraci klastru. Abstract:
In this thesis I have deal with study of water clusters, especially of obtaining stable configurations by simulated annealing method and I have compared the results with an available literature data. By using of the computer simulations I have obtained the lowest possibly energy for every size of clusters from (H2O)2 up to (H2O)16. This value of energy represents stable configuration of cluster.
