Abstract:

ANOTACE Bakalářská diplomová práce nesoucí název Estetika mizení si klade za úkol popsat tento novodobý fenomén zasahující především několik posledních desetiletí. Myšlenky Jeana Baudrillarda a Paula Virilia budou stěžejními pro vysvětlení mizení v současné kultuře a jeho následků. Estetická stránka objektu utrpěla procesem medializace a stala se prostředkem ke svádění mas, což je jedním z hlavních témat práce Jeana Baudrillarda. Pro díla Paula Virilia se stala primárním tématem rychlost, s jakou svět okolo nás mizí, což je druhým ústředním tématem předkládané práce. Změny budou sledovány na několika základních pojmech, jako je svádění, jemuž jsme denně vystaveni, rychlost, díky níž dostalo mizení svoji současnou podobu, a mimésis, která díky vymizení hloubky znaku již slouží pouze k vytváření iluze reálného. Další stěžejní pojem – ostenze – slouží médiím k umělému vytváření touhy. Posledním aplikovaným pojem bude trompe l´oeil, na jehož příkladu Jean Baudrillard vysvětluje úroveň falešné hloubky mediální společnosti. Práce si klade za cíl poukázat na změny estetického vnímání člověka současnosti, jenž je neustále vystavován mediální sféře, která se proměnila v jedinou formu komunikace a pohltila prakticky veškeré umění a zobrazování.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION The bachelor's thesis entitled ''The Phenomenon of Disappearance in Contemporary Aesthetics'' deals with changes in society and its perception of beuaty. These changes have been caused by the constantly accelerating world. The first signs of disappearance were brought about by the invention of the engine. Jean Baudrillard and Paul Virilio dedicate a substantial part of their work to this issue. It is due to this fact that the entire thesis is based on their theories. According to Virilio, the world is adjusting to the speed, which changes the features of landscape as well as our demands and requirements. Even the field of fashion is influenced by this demand for increasing speed. Nothing seems to be fast enough. Baudrillard treats this issue from a different point of view. He ascribes all the power to seduction, which has become the main function of pictures and images. Contemporary society is surrounded by the media, and the media have become the main tool of communication. By means of simulation and virtual reality, the actual reality is disappearing as people have left it under the pressure of the seduction of television and the internet. The terms ostention and mimesis assume the role of the indicator, thanks to which we are able to see how the depth of the sign has disappeared, and also the reference to the signified. Trompe-l'oeil points out the artificially created depth of simulated reality. It is possible to observe these changes caused by disappearance thanks to these terms, which have been used by aesthetics since the very beginning.
