Next Generation Sequencing in clinical diagnostics
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo shrnout nejnovější poznatky o přístrojích nové generace sekvenování a jejich potenciální využití v klinické diagnostice lidských onemocnění. Sekvenování patří k základním molekulárně-genetickým přístupům a stále klesající cena i vzrůstající kvalita dat umožňují využití nových metod sekvenování nejen v základním a aplikovaném výzkumu, ale nově i v diagnostice.

The aim of this work was to summarize the latest findings on Next Generation Sequencing instruments and their potential use in clinical diagnosis of human diseases.
