Anotácia:

Diplomová práce „Fond pro spravedlivou transformaci a uhelné regiony v EU“ se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením přístupu vybraných zemí Evropské unie k transformaci uhelných regionů v souvislosti s Fondem pro spravedlivou transformaci v programovém období 2021-2027. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku starých průmyslových regionů, uhelných regionů a regionální politiky EU. Praktická část se zabývá přístupem vybraných zemí k transformaci uhelných regionů za využití prostředků z Fondu pro spravedlivou transformaci. Práce je blíže zaměřena na Českou republiku, Slovensko a Polsko.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis “Just Transition Fund and coal regions in the EU” deals with the analysis and evaluation of the approach of selected countries of the European Union to the transformation of coal regions in connection with the Just Transition Fund in the programming period 2021-2027. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of old industrial regions, coal regions and EU regional policy. The practical part deals with the approach of selected countries to the transformation of coal regions using funds from the Just Transition Fund. The thesis is more closely focused on the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
