Abstract:
Cílem Bakalářské práce je seznámit odbornou i laickou veřejnost s činností Specializovaného oodělení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis činnosti tohoto oddělení, nástin penitenciárního a postpenitenciárního procesu. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na význam přínosu pobytu na tomto oddělení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Rovněž je v této části cílem ukázat formou dotazníkového …more

The purpose of this Bachelor study is to acquaint the expert and lay public with the activities of the specialized department of the inprisonment. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to describe the specialized department, methods, which are used for work with prisoners.
