Corporate towns of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika a rozbor právní úpravy statutárních měst České republiky. Cílem této práce je komparace statutárních měst Pardubice a Hradec Králové, která jsou zde také popsána. Nejpodstatnější odlišnost těchto dvou měst je územní členění. Zatímco Pardubice se člení na městské obvody se správními orgány, Hradec Králové se řadí mezi nečleněná statutární města.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is characteristic of corporate towns of the Czech Republic and analysis of their legal regulation. The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is comparison of corporate towns Pardubice and Hradec Králové with description of these towns.
