Abstract:

Dětské pěvecké sbory představují významnou součást hudební kultury a výchovy mladé generace naší vlasti. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit stav dětských pěveckých sborů konkrétně v okrese Benešov s ohledem na jejich správu, organizaci a vlastní činnost. Vedlejší cíl se zaměřuje na charakteristiku sbormistrů či pedagogů a jejich profesní vlastnosti, které přispívají k úspěchu a efektivitě dětských pěveckých sborů. Respondenty představovali sbormistři nebo pedagogové působící v těchto sborech. Metodologicky se diplomová práce opírá o kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí dotazníku. Pro analýzu dat jsou využité metody deskriptivní a induktivní statistiky. Poznatky jsou vyhodnoceny a diskutovány s cílem poskytnout ucelený pohled na problematiku dětských pěveckých sborů v okrese Benešov. Výsledky této diplomové práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další rozvoj a podporu těchto hudebních aktivit v dané lokalitě.

Abstract:

Children's choirs represent an important part of the musical culture and education of the young generation of our country. The main goal of the thesis is to find out the state of children's choirs specifically in the Benešov district with regard to their administration, organization and own activities. A secondary goal focuses on the characteristics of choirmasters or teacher and their professional qualities that contribute to the success and effectiveness of children's choirs. The respondents were choirmasters or teacher working in these choirs. Methodologically, the thesis is based on quantitative research carried out using a questionnaire. Descriptive and inductive statistics methods are used for data analysis. The findings are evaluated and discussed with the aim of providing a comprehensive view of the issue of children's choirs in the Benešov district. The results of this thesis can serve as the basis for the further development and support of these musical activities in the given locality.
