Abstract:
Booleovské siete sú užitočným nástrojom pri modelovaní biologických procesov. Pridaním parametrov do tohto modelu sa umožní analýza viacerých prípustných podôb správania sa systému. Táto práca má za cieľ rozklad priestoru validných parametrizácií v závislosti na zvolenej relácie ekvivalencie zachycujúcej podobnosti medzi parametrizáciami. Boolean networks provide a valuable framework for modeling biological processes. By introducing parameters into the model, various possible behaviors can be considered and analyzed. This work aims to partition the space of valid parametrizations depending on a chosen equivalence relation capturing similarities among parametrizations.
