Application of knowledge management in selected company
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá znalostním managementem. Vysvětluje základní pojmy, zavádění systému znalostního managementu, definuje bariéry při jeho zavádění. Dále popisuje vybranou společnost. Definuje znalostní pracovníky této společnosti včetně znalostního kapitálu. Nakonec obsahuje mnou navrženou variantu řešení přenosu znalostního managementu.
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with knowledge management. Explain the basic concepts, implementing of knowledge management a defines barriers linked with beginning of it. Further describes selected company. Defines knowledge worker of this company together with knowledge capital. At the end this thesis contains proposed alternative of transmission solutions about knowledge management.
