Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem kopané v Úpici po roce 1989. V teoretické části je shrnuta historie klubu SK Sparta Úpice do roku 2000. Dále je zmíněno, jaké jsou ve FAČR trenérské licence a podmínky jejich získání. V další kapitole jsou popsány tréninkové cykly, formy a druhy tréninků. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of football in Úpice after 1989. The theoretical part summarizes the history of the club SK Sparta Úpice until 2000. It also mentions what are the FAČR coaching license and the conditions for obtaining them. The next chapter describes the training cycles, forms and types of training.
