Abstract:
Cílem této práce je představit soudní rozhodnutí jako individuální právní akt a identifikovat jeho publikum. V práci je nejdříve vymezen pojem soudního rozhodnutí, proces jeho vzniku a následně jeho podoba. Soudní rozhodnutí jsou v této práci tematicky srovnávána s rozhodnutími správních orgánů. The aim of this thesis is to present court decision as an individual legal act and to identify its audience. Firstly, the thesis defines the concept of a court decision, the process of its origin and its form. Court decisions are then thematically compared with the decisions of administrative bodies.
