Tangible and intangible assets from the accounting and tax perspective

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je dlouhodobý majetek, technické zhodnocení majetku a vyvolané investice, které jsou častým jevem při výstavbě nemovitostí. V teoretické části je popsáno, čím se dlouhodobý majetek charakterizuje, jeho proces od pořízení, přes ocenění, zatřídění, způsoby odpisování, dále inventarizace a závěrem vyřazení majetku. Praktická část je věnována konkrétním příkladům z praxe zaměřeným na problematiku technického zhodnocení a oprav, dále na zmařené investice a na problematiku vyvolaných investic v souvislosti s investiční výstavbou.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is long-term assets, technical appreciation of assets and awakened investments that are common in the construction of real estate. The theoretical part describes how is the long-term property characterized, the process of acquisition, estimation, classification, methods of depreciation, inventory and discard of assets. The practical part describes the specific examples of practice on the issue of technical appreciation and repair, snookered investments and the issues of awakened investments in connection with investment construction.
