Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila z oblasti lidských vztahů, zejména vztahů pracovních. Stav dnešní moderní společnosti vyžaduje monitorovat a interpretovat zejména interpersonální vztahy v pracovních procesech. Zvolila jsem si pro svoji bakalářskou práci poměrně malý kolektiv – jedná se o Sklářskou huť Tasta, ale doufám, že se mi podaří na tomto vzoru popsat složitost a výjimečnost lidských vztahů. Sklářská huť zaměstnává 14 osob. Pod vedením tří majitelů pracuje 11 zaměstnanců. Jedná se o firmu rodinného typu s výrobou zaměřenou na skleněné suvenýry. Firma provozuje svou výrobu již více než 10 let. Svou pozornost jsem zejména věnovala zaměstnancům, jejich pozicím, vztahům a životnímu stylu. Ve firmě pracují lidé převážně středního až mladšího věku. Co se týká vzdělání a profesního zaměření, jedná se o kolektiv smíšený a v dosaženém vzdělání převládá střední vzdělání bez maturity. I tento fakt zřejmě ovlivňuje vztahy na pracovišti a to zejména pozitivním směrem. Tato určitá homogenita přináší do skupiny spíše uklidnění, lidé si vzájemně nekonkurují. Při rozhovoru s majiteli jsem se dozvěděla, že každý z nich má na starost jedno ze tří pracovišť spolu s určitou částí z manažerské pozice. Bylo mi vysvětleno, že tento model řízení vznikal postupně a vyplynul z potřeb firmy a vrozených schopností jednotlivých majitelů. V otázkách potřeb firmy spolurozhodují. Majitelům záleží na lidech, které zaměstnávají a zaměstnanci své výhody v dobře fungující firmě vidí. Lidé pracují s vědomím, že i jejich problém bude vždy řešen k oboustranné spokojenosti nebo alespoň dle skutečných možností.

Abstract:

I chose the topic of my bachelor thesis from human relations - especially the working relationships. The state of today´s modern society needs to monitor and interpret the particular interpersonal relationships in work processes. I chose for my work relatively small team – it is a glassworks Tasta. But I hope that I can describe you on this model the complexity and uniqueness of human relationships. The glassworks employs fourteen people. There are working eleven employees under the leadership of the three owners. This is a family-run company with production focused on the glass souvenirs. The company has operated its production more than ten years. My attention was especially paid to employees, their positions, relationships and lifestyle. In the company working people, mainly middle aged and younger. As regards to education and professional background, it is a mixed team and in the educational attainment dominates secondary education without GCSE (General Certificate of Secundary Education).Also this fact obviously influents relationships in the workplace, especially in a positive direction. This homogenity brings to the group some appeasement, people are not in competition with each other. During the interview with the owners, I learned that each of them is in charge of one of three sites along with some parts of the managerial positions. It was explained to me that the management model developed gradually and resulted from the needs of company and innate abilities of individual owners. They participate in the decision in matters of business needs. Owners depends on the people they employ and employees see the benefits of a well-functioning company. People are working in the knowledge that their problem is always solved to mutual satisfaction or at least as real options.
